Reselling genuine products

Resale of genuine Cavern Emporium products is permitted. Purchase does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, digitized, manufactured, altered for commercial reproduction, or used to create derivative merchandise without written permission.

Resale of genuine physical Cavern Emporium products does not authorize use of the Cavern Emporium name, branding, artwork, or product presentation in a manner that implies an authorized dealership, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or other affiliation unless separately agreed in writing.

Tax-exempt purchases

Orders are completed through Etsy. Eligible nonprofit and tax-exempt purchasers are responsible for obtaining any applicable sales-tax exemption or refund through Etsy under Etsy’s procedures. Cavern Emporium does not determine tax-exempt eligibility or process refunds of sales tax collected by Etsy.
